The hotel is a quick six-minute walk to the tram. Staff members were pleasant and helpful at all times. The room received daily cleaning, including fresh towels and sheets. These services contributed to a comfortable experience.

I noticed the breakfast food selection lacked variety. The 19 euro price per person felt high considering the limited choices available. More diverse breakfast options would improve the experience.

no air conditioningpoor service

there was no air conditioning and the room became a sauna. i called to arrange an additional bed. i was informed it would be added to my reservation, but it wasn't. the person on duty said reservations misinformed me and housekeeping wasn't available to get me a bed.
