The staff is friendly but had a couple of hiccups like opening the door early on checkout day. The location in Lichtenberg provides a good base for exploring Berlin at a more affordable rate compared to other districts. The dining options are varied, but the pricing may not always match the quality of the experience.

My stay at the Gand City Hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, although small when the hotel is busy, were quite cozy.
